Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique context.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize the sales operations cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring efficient processes and data-driven decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.

  • Holds at least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or sales operations, showcasing a proven track record of success.

  • Has experience , offering relevant expertise and understanding of the business environment.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), enabling effective sales process management and data analysis.
