Roles & Responsibilities

What Youll Do

As a Key Account Officer, youll be the face of Aumet to our most important pharmacy and distributor clients. Your role is to build strong relationships, ensure client success, and help grow their business through our Marketplace and ERP platforms.


  Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a portfolio of key pharmacy and distributor accounts

  • Assist new clients with onboarding and training on Aumets platform

  • Monitor account activity and usage, ensuring clients are gaining value

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and support client growth

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and solutions are delivered

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and client progress in the CRM system

What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in healthcare or tech)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (CRM experience is a plus)

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
