Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance (volume, value, category performance).
  • Propose initiatives to boost revenue, upsell, and cross-sell product lines.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients (supermarkets, wholesalers, chains).
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

3. Account Planning & Strategy

  • Develop tailored business plans per account.
  • Align on pricing, promotions, display agreements, and credit terms.
  • Support marketing teams in planning promotional calendars and visibility campaigns.

4. Field Execution & Merchandising

  • Ensure product availability, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility.
  • Monitor in-store execution of promotions, displays, and POS materials.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams and field representatives.

5. Reporting & Market Feedback

  • Provide regular reports on sales, client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend improvements or opportunities based on data insights.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and invoicing.
  • Follow up on order processing and resolve operational issues.

7. Receivables & Credit Monitoring

  • Ensure timely payment collection and manage account credit limits.
  • Reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.

8. Promotions & Trade Marketing

  • Implement in-store promotions and analyze results.
  • Ensure compliance with negotiated promotional deals and measure ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field. 2-4 years' experience in FMCG sales or Key account. English is a must. practical skills excel, Erp, CRM software, field reporting
