Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for buyers and category managers.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share expansion for assigned accounts.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and schemes within key accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance, in-store visibility, and merchandising standards.
• Track stock levels, order booking, deliveries, and timely collections.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product launches within accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales and account activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, modern trade, or retail account management.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and strategize for growth.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP/SFA tools, and sales reporting.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
