Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical customer service by being the point of contact for third party providers and patients. Responsible for documents collection from patients and third-party providers along with distribution of any materials or financial arm related support.

Achieve proper collection of patient's documents

Facilitate patient's access and support by collecting requested documents for program enrollment.

Ensure to distribute and collect quotations, compliance letters, or other types of documents to be signed by third party providers.

Ensure proper and timely collection of requested documents (lab tests, results, invoices ... ) from third party providers.

Ensure proper and timely distribution of patients' financial arm support.

Align with Patient Support Team Leader on daily tasks.

File and archive patients' information, cases, complaints for further reference

Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by direct supervisor, on-the-job training, support to other units, etc.


Qualifications

Min. 1-year experience in similar position

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Excellent command of English and Arabic, French is a plus

Good command of MS Office and Outlook



A car is a must and flexibility to go far places
