Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle all VIP client requests and complaints quickly and professionally, providing personalized support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and fast issue resolution for VIP accounts.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g. delivery success, complaint rate) and share regular reports with management.
  • Ensure top-tier service quality, follow up on escalations, and support VIP client retention and growth.
  • Support in processing claims or compensation cases.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for clients and management.
  • Support onboarding of new key accounts.
  • Good negotiation and problem -solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in handling key clients/accounts
  • Shipping field is a MUST
