Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle all VIP client requests and complaints quickly and professionally, providing personalized support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and fast issue resolution for VIP accounts.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g. delivery success, complaint rate) and share regular reports with management.
- Ensure top-tier service quality, follow up on escalations, and support VIP client retention and growth.
- Support in processing claims or compensation cases.
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients and management.
- Support onboarding of new key accounts.
- Good negotiation and problem -solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in handling key clients/accounts
- Shipping field is a MUST
