Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of monthly and annual territory sales and profit targets
Supervise daily KAM operations within the territory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and approval processes.
Support the team in prioritization of accounts and resource allocation.
Optimize deployment of resources based on account potential and ROI.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Lead negotiation strategy for major deals and tenders.
Provide structured performance updates to internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments impacting key accounts.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to key accounts and internal stakeholders.
Supports the sales team in their prioritization of customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Develop and oversee Account Business Plans within the KAM framework, aligning customer needs with Tabuk Pharma s brand and service portfolio.
Ensure monthly review and update of account plans with clear action tracking and performance metrics.
Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into structured commercial opportunities.
Monitor financial performance versus budget (Sales, Profitability, Demand Forecast).
Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions promptly.

  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Commercial KSA.
