Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop annual trade plans & Promotions with key chains
Negotiate and manage Chain contracts & in-store marketing activities agreements.
Coordinate joint business plans and chain promotions.
Track ROI, sales uplift, and visibility performance.
Ensure consistent brand execution across all stores
Lead Chain Merch Team to execute Planogram
Executes CATMAN Initiatives To optimize Product visibility & Category performance
Analyze Customers Sales out data to generate insights that drive sales performance & identify opportunities.
Lead execution of activations and sampling campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
4 6 years in FMCG/Pharma Key Account management or trade marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with business acumen.
