- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Key Accounts Manager responsible for managing strategic partnerships representing 30% of category revenue in Amazon Egypt marketplace. Oversees a diverse portfolio of key accounts including major brand owners, retailers, and pharmacies while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. Develops and executes customized account strategies to maximize business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Key job responsibilities
Manages and grows relationships with high-value accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic business partners
Drives revenue growth through innovative reward programs and targeted business development initiatives
Oversees inbounds and supply chain optimization for key accounts
Develops and implements account-specific strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market share
Creates and monitors performance metrics to track account progress and identify growth opportunities
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction
Conducts regular business reviews with key stakeholders to align on objectives and assess performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
