Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing Greater Cairo modern trade operation team and follow up for merchandising team to ensure that they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Defines and executes account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan
• Manage and implements new customer acquisition plans, maintaining sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts Controlling account (pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation
• Analyzes financial KPIs and follow up n daily bases for operation team
• Managing preselling team on a different way can catch the opportunity on the spots
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
5 to 7 Years of experience in Sales Field, FMCG experience is a must
Good communication skills
Sales Fundamentals
Ability to learn and cooperate with accounts
Managing sales team direct & pre-sell
