Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage assigned key client accounts across all product and service offerings

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and wallet share

- Identify and onboard new key accounts aligned with business objectives

- Maintain accurate CRM records in Zoho Bigin

- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Coordinate with Finance on pricing, invoicing, and payment milestones

- Support follow-ups on collections and account receivables

Required Skills and Experience

- 6–10 years experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales

- Proven exposure to medical products or healthcare solutions

- Advanced proficiency in Zoho Bigin

- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- High attention to detail and structured working style

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field

- Prior experience in B2B medical or solution-driven environments preferred

Working Conditions

- Full-time, remote-friendly role based in Dubai, UAE

- Regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Occasional client travel as required
