Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues with lock cylinders, lock sets, and electronic locks.

  • Duplicate keys as directed by QU representatives.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all keys, service requests, and email requests.
  • Assist and interact with end users across the campus.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requires a high school certificate, 4+ years of experience in locks and keys, and proficiency in English.
