Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead KG and Lower Primary (KG Grade 3) academics and operations to deliver outstanding learning and care.
  • Build a positive school culture, routines, and safeguarding practices.
  • Coach and develop teachers; drive lesson quality, differentiation, and assessment.
  • Own enrollment experience for the phase: parent engagement, tours, and smooth admissions handover.
  • Set and track KPIs: attendance, progress, behavior, parent satisfaction, and teacher development.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, timetables, duty rosters, and health and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in English (Native or Native-like); excellent communication with parents and staff.

  • 5+ years teaching experience, 2+ years in early years/primary leadership (Coordinator/Head/Deputy).
  • Proven experience improving teaching and learning in KG/early primary.
  • Strong knowledge of early years frameworks and primary standards; data-driven mindset.
  • Presentable, organized, and calm under pressure; start-up readiness is a plus.
  • International school experience preferred.
