Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and support Kindergarten teachers and assistants.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
Promote inclusive practices for students with diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with therapists, special educators, and parents.
Monitor student progress and support teacher development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Experience in inclusion or special education settings is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
