As a Team Leader in The Atlantis Explorers Club our Kids Club operations you will provide administrative and organizational support while creating joy for guests of all ages!What You Will DoManage the daily activities program and its deliveryAttend to phone and email inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service to all incoming queriesDesign, organize and deliver seasonal activity programsCoach and mentor counselors while ensuring their continuous growth and developmentEnsure Forbes Guide service standards are delivered across the department and all SOPs are implemented and maintainedHave thorough knowledge of all activities programs and coordinate necessary details with other involved departments (F&B, Security, Aquaventure etc).Oversee, carry out and assist in games and activities in the Kids Club or outdoor activitiesMonitor the Kids Club and Nanny Services operations and overlook the bookingsMonitor expenses and assist in maintaining departmental budget using company internal systemsAbout YouWe re looking for a confident and proactive individual with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a large team. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with both junior and senior team members. You re fluent in English with excellent phone and email etiquette, and comfortable using MS Office programs.
