King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) is Saudi Arabia's premier biomedical and clinical research institution, established under the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs to advance medical knowledge and improve healthcare outcomes in the Kingdom and globally. KAIMRC conducts cutting-edge research across multiple biomedical disciplines including genomics, oncology, infectious diseases, cardiovascular medicine, and rare disorders — operating a network of research facilities affiliated with King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh and Jeddah. The center trains a new generation of Saudi research scientists, supports translational research that bridges laboratory discovery with clinical application, and publishes internationally recognized research that positions Saudi Arabia as a contributor to global medical science.
