Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Cooker Assistant to support our kitchen operations. The Cooker Assistant will help with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure kitchen efficiency. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience in the culinary field and working as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, marinating, etc.) for cooking.

Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized.

Store food properly and monitor expiration dates and inventory levels.

Follow all kitchen hygiene and safety rules.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items when necessary.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Hotel Management BT3 certificate fresh graduate, or second year BT2+, or equivalent
