Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Radisson standards under the guidance of senior chefs
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas
Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations
Support menu development and contribute fresh ideas for seasonal offerings
Work as a team player to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent training
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
Passion for food and eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
