Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

  • Prepare and handle food items such as Shawarma, BBQ, and Bakery products

  • Support order preparation, packing, and basic order management

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times

  • Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and service staff

  • Follow company policies and instructions from supervisors


  • Working Hours: 12 hours per day

  • Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fundamental knowledge of kitchen operations

  • Practical experience in Shawarma, BBQ, Bakery, and order management

  • Basic proficiency in spoken Arabic

  • Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Physically fit and able to perform kitchen duties efficiently
