Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Drive sales of branded kitchen products and solutions.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on kitchen designs, layouts, materials, and appliances.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project process.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

  • Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays reflect current trends and premium brands.

  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance, profitability, and customer experience.

Prepare sales reports and track department performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

  • Background in kitchen, furniture, interiors, or home improvement industry preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage.
