Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design innovative and ergonomic layouts for kitchens and dressing rooms
  • Produce 2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, and presentation renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools
  • Conduct client consultations to assess space, budget, and design preferences
  • Translate client requirements into technical designs optimizing space, storage, and workflow
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware in coordination with the project team
  • Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and monitor project timelines
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies
  • Oversee site visits for measurements and progress monitoring
  • Present proposals and revisions to clients and incorporate feedback
  • Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a creative, collaborative team environme

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (mandatory)
  • 3 7 years of experience in kitchen and dressing design, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and fittings in premium kitchen and wardrobe systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and creativity
