Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics of kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on a variety of appliances including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers, ensuring minimal downtime for kitchen operations.
  • Install new kitchen equipment, carefully following manufacturer specifications and local regulations to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and parts inventory to support efficient equipment management and budgeting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance or repair.
  • Proven familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration; additional training in HVAC is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, able to diagnose issues quickly under pressure.
