Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines).

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.

Handle electrical (DB, wiring, sockets, breakers), plumbing (water lines, drainage, grease traps), and mechanical/HVAC (FCU) tasks.

Attend breakdown calls, maintain records, and follow safety and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical field.

3 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and MEP systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Five-star hotel kitchen equipment technician

Canteen or catering company kitchen equipment technician.
