Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, dishwashers, hot plates, and other cooking appliances.
Install and commission kitchen equipment while ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Identify faulty parts and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
Maintain accurate service reports and equipment logs.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for spare parts and technical support
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in adherence to company standards./p>

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance within restaurant chains, hotels, malls, or commercial kitchens Mandatory.
Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical kitchen equipment (non-refrigeration).
Valid Qatar Driving License Mandatory.
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
