Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, installation, repairs on commercial kitchen equipment including refrigerators, fryers, ovens, dishwashers.

Diagnose electrical mechanical faults in high/low voltage systems.

Ensure equipment meets QHSE standards.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, inventory, ensuring efficient use of spare parts.

Strong knowledge of single-phase/three-phase electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical systems.
