Desired Candidate Profile

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume caf or casual dining environment
• Culinary diploma or professional chef certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
• A passion for breakfast and brunch-style cuisine with a flair for presentation and consistency
• Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and maintenance routines
• Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving menus, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences
