Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations
Supervise and guide the kitchen team during preparation and service
Ensure all food is prepared according to Amaretti recipes and quality standards
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Help organize kitchen workflow to ensure efficient service
Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding purchasing needs
Support staff training and ensure proper kitchen discipline and teamwork
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Passion for quality food and continuous improvement
