Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed hotel in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations by assisting chefs and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and storage areas
- Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste management standards
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials
- Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel kitchen / stewarding preferred
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Physically fit and able to work long duty hours
Basic English communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
