Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed hotel in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations by assisting chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and storage areas
  • Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste management standards
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials
  • Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation when required
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel kitchen / stewarding preferred

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Physically fit and able to work long duty hours

Basic English communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Immediate joiners preferred
