Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areasWash dishes, pots, pans, and cutleryMaintain cleanliness in all back-of-house operationsAssist chefs by organizing and supplying clean equipmentDispose of waste following hygiene and safety guidelinesSupport receiving and storage of kitchen suppliesFollow kitchen safety and food hygiene standardsEnsure all cleaning tools and chemicals are used safely
Requirements:
1 3 years of experience in hospitality or kitchen operations (freshers welcome)
Ability to work in fast-paced environmentsPhysical stamina to stand for long hoursWillingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidaysLocal candidates preferredBasic understanding of hygiene and safety practices
