Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role. Cloud kitchen experience preferred.
Position Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency across all cloud kitchen brands. This role oversees staff performance, production flow, hygiene compliance, inventory levels, and order execution
Responsibilities:
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and packing across all brands.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory, receiving quality, and stock levels.
• Reduce wastage and support cost control, e.g., hygiene and operations control.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have relevant experience
Candidates should be well Groomed, young, and very neat people.
Candidates should not have any visible tattoos on their body.
Candidates must be fluent in English Communication Skills (English Mandatory)

Candidates will have to perform all duties as instructed by their supervisor
