· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, dishwashers, exhaust systems, chillers, ice cube machines, Hot plates, Induction grills, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.

· Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs on electrical, mechanical, and gas-operated kitchen equipment to minimize operational downtime.

· Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local authority regulations related to gas, fire, and electrical systems.

· Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests raised by kitchen or F&B teams.

· Conduct routine testing, calibration, and functionality checks of critical kitchen equipment to maintain accuracy and performance.

· Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, breakdown reports, and service records.

· Assist in coordinating with external service providers for specialized repairs, warranty services, and equipment installations.

· Ensure that maintenance work supports hygiene and food safety requirements (HACCP), preventing contamination risks.
