Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the Kitchen team by performing support duties including kitchen equipment preventive maintenance which include gas line leakage, gas detector, pressure gauge checking and repairing. Ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness of the area of assignments is maintained in accordance with established and approved company standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent, Vocational Diploma or certificate
  • Electrical/Mechanical / Trade license
  • HACCP basic
  • Minimum five years' experience with 5-star hotels/hospital/shopping mall /facility management residential building
  • Good in English communication (English 1)
