Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate KUKA robotic machines for welding, cutting, and fabrication work
Perform robot setup, calibration, and parameter adjustments
Monitor robot performance and production output
Carry out daily machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Coordinate with maintenance team during machine breakdowns
Follow production drawings and work instructions
Ensure product quality and reduce defects/rework
Maintain workplace safety and follow HSE procedures
Support production targets and minimize downtime
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
2 5 years of experience operating KUKA or industrial robotic systems
Experience in robotic welding, cutting, or fabrication operations
Experience in manufacturing or industrial fabrication environment
Robotic system operation
Basic troubleshooting
Machine setup and calibration
Production and quality awareness
Safety compliance
KUKA Robot Operation / Programming certification
Experience in conveyor systems or heavy industry
Industrial automation or robotics exposure
