Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and organise L&D operations, including conducting needs analysis, developing learning solutions, and evaluating post-delivery impact.
- Initiate and activate workforce and organisational development programs to drive measurable results.
- Provide strategic consulting advice to senior stakeholders on matters related to Learning & Development and organisational growth.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize L&D strategies.
- Build scalable frameworks for L&D functions in early-stage environments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in such settings.
Expertise in Learning & Development functions, particularly in their early stages of implementation and scaling.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Passion for building impactful programs that foster employee growth and organisational success.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development roles.
Proven experience in identifying, designing, and implementing effective L&D solutions tailored to organisational needs.
Formal qualification or certification in instructional design is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SAP systems, and Learning Experience Platforms (LxPs).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure impact and improve processes.
