Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support & Monitoring:

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IAM and PKI systems to ensure high availability and security.

  • Respond promptly to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting of incidents.

  • Routine Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Implement configuration changes, system updates, and routine maintenance tasks for Privileged Access Management, IGA, Remote Access, and PKI solutions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident logs.

  • Issue Diagnosis & Escalation:

  • Diagnose and resolve common technical issues; document findings and escalate complex incidents to the L3 team with clear, detailed reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of incident and post-incident reports to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with IT, security, and other support teams to ensure operational stability.

  • Provide status updates and collaborate on process improvements that enhance overall system reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in operational support for IAM or PKI systems.
  • Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management, IGA, Remote Access Solutions, and PKI management.
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills & Certifications:

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or vendor-specific credentials.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new security technologies and practices.
