Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure across multiple sites to ensure network performance, reliability, and security.

Wi-Fi & LAN Setup

Deploy, configure, and support wireless controllers (on-prem/cloud), core/access switches, and access points (Fortinet, Cisco, Huawei, HP Aruba). Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys and network assessments.

SD-WAN Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain SD-WAN edge devices, controllers, and orchestrators. Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, manage policies (traffic shaping, QoS, application routing), and maintain documentation. Participate in incident management.

LAN & Wireless Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and monitor Wi-Fi and LAN devices. Troubleshoot wireless issues, collaborate with vendors/IT teams, document infrastructure, and support incident/problem management.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience. 5+ years in network administration (LAN, WAN, Wireless), hands-on with SD-WAN (Fortinet, Cisco), and LAN/Wireless (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba). Strong with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, network security, and network monitoring tools.

Skills & Certifications

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or SD-WAN vendor certs are a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with scripting, automation, cloud networking, and ITIL framework.
