Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalated (Level 2) operational issues related to wallets, transfers, and payment gateways
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital transactions and monitor for system breaks or financial exposures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest automation or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly operational reports for management regarding transaction volumes and service performance.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in operations, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Telecommunications sector.
- Advanced MS Excel/ Data Analysis/ ITIL Knowledge of IT service management frameworks is a plus for handling structured escalation processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2 4 years of experience in operations, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Telecommunications sector.
