Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As The Laughing Cow & Innovation Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
You will work closely with the Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, Sales, Global Marketing, and Industrial teams to enhance the brand's visibility and ensure successful product launches.
Brand strategy & performance

Analyze the market, trends and competition

Identify opportunities and threats to the brand

Contribute to the definition of the annual and multi-year strategy

Formulate recommendations to improve performance

Track brand KPIs and financial performance
Activation & integrated communication

Develop the annual brand plan

Execute and manage multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
-
Leveraging the potential of digital to strengthen brand power
Innovation, renovation & adaptation
-
Supporting VQR brand innovation projects
-
Manage the innovation process (feasibility, packaging, photogravure, project sheets)

To bring about improvements to promotional products and packaging

Optimize post-launch performance
Support for business development

Analyze consumption data, sales, KPIs and P&L

Actively manage performance gaps

Contribute to achieving annual and long-term financial objectives
With a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications, you have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in marketing project management, brand strategy development, and performance analysis. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and coordinating agencies, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
Autonomous, results-oriented and possessing good leadership skills, you demonstrate agility, curiosity and an excellent sense of collaboration.
