Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepares and analyzes samples according to competence, ensuring results are properly recorded.
  • Performs laboratory tests following approved standards and procedures, keeping accurate records of results, observations, and calculations.
  • Ensures calibration of assigned devices is carried out, records any malfunctions, and reports them to the responsible person.
  • Assists in resolving errors or failures identified during testing processes.
  • Contributes to identifying root causes of problems and helps prevent reoccurrence.
  • Reports errors, failures, and abnormal findings without delay.
  • Repeats testing when results are doubtful and informs the team leader of the situation.
  • Performs routine cleaning and basic maintenance of laboratory devices and records the activities.
  • Monitors consumables under his responsibility and reports shortages to the team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Science.
Experience from 1 to 3 years.
Knowledge on experience in a laboratory setting, with specific expertise in a variety of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, MS) is Preferred.
Very Good English language skills.
Demonstrated ability in analytical method development and validation.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical chemistry principles.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
