Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

To manage daily operations of the processing lab including lab dips and bulk

to lab correlation.

To study and troubleshoot shade variations and fabric defects during the pre-

treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing stages.

To establish group and individual accountabilities throughout the

departments for problem solving and cost reduction.

To maintain accurate documentation for audits and customer quality reports.

To improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and

employee safety attitudes.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and

maintaining an organized operational environment.
