Manage and supervise all laboratory operations related to lubricants, base oils, and grease testing.

• Ensure all quality control tests are conducted as per ASTM, IP, and ISO standards.
• Maintain and implement ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure laboratory compliance with ISO requirements.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory testing and quality assurance.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished lubricant and grease products.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Manage laboratory staff including training, performance monitoring, and work allocation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams to resolve product quality issues.
• Monitor laboratory consumables and maintain inventory of testing materials.
• Oversee formulation development and precise dosage preparation for lubricants and grease products.
