Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced instrumentation like GC, HPLC, and spectrophotometers to ensure quality control.
- Prepare and standardize chemical reagents and solutions, meticulously documenting concentrations and purities for accurate experimental results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform experiments and tests according to established protocols, modifying procedures as needed while maintaining precision and accuracy.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports, including statistical analysis and graphical representations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrates 2-5 years of experience in a chemical laboratory setting, showcasing hands-on experience and familiarity with laboratory procedures.
Exhibits a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, including unit operations, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics.
Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including spectroscopic, chromatographic, and thermal analysis instruments.
Has a proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports, indicating strong analytical skills.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing experiments and recording data, ensuring reliability.
