Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete as per project specifications.
- Conduct compaction tests, slump tests, cube testing, asphalt mix/Marshall tests, and related quality tests.
- Ensure testing procedures follow RTA, DM, and international quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate lab reports, calibration records, and test certificates.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team and site engineers for day-to-day testing requirements.
- Assist in verifying materials compliance as per approved standards and project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Lab Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–6 years of Lab Technician experience in Dubai for Roads & Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of testing procedures for soil, asphalt, concrete & related materials.
- Familiarity with RTA / Dubai Municipality standards & testing protocols.
- Experience with certified testing labs (Dubai) is an advantage.
