key responsibilities:

Ensure personal compliance with the Company policies, guidelines, and with the HSSE rules and procedures. Ensure personal compliance with the company quality system, BRC and Halal Global Standards (and similar), Food Packaging Hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.

Quality Management System

Assist in maintaining and ensuring implementation of process, quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, BRC Global Standards Packaging, and any other required standard like Halal, Kosher (e.g. compliance survey, periodic hygiene check, )

Help in the actual implementation of the Quality Plans for Customer Specific Requirements and Product Safety Requirements.

Quality Control

Perform the routine tests and activities in the QC Sheet laboratories.

Assist in performing the non-routine tests and activities in the QC Sheet laboratories.

Assist in ensuring the traceability of products at all stages of the process while maintaining and updating Quality records.

Execute the measurement of the products and release the ones compliant with the designed methods and specifications.

Escalate the issues leading to internal quality rejections.

Prepare and monitor the use of proper coating.

Review the line setup, give green light after stabilization and monitor the production process.

Project Management

Help in executing minor projects and team activities, to facilitate changes that have a statistical impact on the working environment and HSSE.

Knowledge

Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout Quality and Production departments.
