Roles & Responsibilities

Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct material testing for asphalt, concrete, soil, and aggregates.

  • Prepare test samples and maintain laboratory equipment.

  • Record and analyze test results accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with site and quality teams regarding test requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

  2. Experience in construction material laboratory testing.

  3. Knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO standards preferred.

  4. Good reporting and communication skills.
