Roles & Responsibilities
"Assist in site preparation, including clearing land and setting up work areas Load, unload, and transport construction materials Support skilled workers (masons, carpenters, etc.) as required Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work sites Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure safety compliance"

"Previous experience in construction or landscaping preferred Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools and equipment usage"
