Job Title LAND SURVEYOR

Purpose & Scope

Land surveyor responsible for measuring and mapping different types of land and structural properties by using specialized tools and equipment to collect data and create precise representations of the land and property boundaries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

$Topographic surveying all require area with Total Station and GPS Trimble.

$AutoCAD Drawing preparation of site

$Layout all areas proposed consultant drawing

$Making the establish level

$Prepare daily report to the Site Engineer and Survey team head.

$Interface with consultant and contractor to determine and verify project survey requirement.

$All kind work for Road survey, Building survey and Pipe Line.

$Complete the survey requirements on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.

$Check setting out and levels. Check services location and ensure their protection.

$Verification of setting out of works.

$Verification and routine check of control point and bench mark.

$Recording of initial and final level of works.

$Verification of earth work cross section.

$Taking measurement of work inspection

$Assist in the preparation of As-built drawings, and review of As-built record drawings.

$Ability to perform basic calculation.

$As per operational requirement Employee may be deployed in any of the Emirates and may be assigned to different department if and hen required. \
