Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Land Surveyor with over 6 years of UAE experience, particularly in infrastructure, roadworks, and earthworks projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring precise site measurements, accurate setting out, and smooth coordination with construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all surveying activities on-site

• Perform setting out for roads, earthworks, utilities, and infrastructure projects

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys

• Interpret and verify engineering drawings and IFC plans

• Ensure all survey data is accurate and aligned with project specifications

• Coordinate closely with site engineers, foremen, and project managers

• Supervise and guide junior surveyors and assistants

• Prepare survey reports, calculations, and documentation

• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)

• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, project specifications, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor

• Proven experience in infrastructure, transport, and earthworks projects

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Strong expertise in Total Station, GPS, and leveling equipment

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey-related software

• Solid understanding of UAE construction standards and site practices

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contracting and transport companies

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards and regulations

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
