Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are Hiring a skilled Land Surveyor with expertise in road construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in land surveying and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Conduct precise land surveys for road and infrastructure projects.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments. · Prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to maintain project alignment and accuracy.
Maintain, calibrate, and operate surveying instruments for optimal performance.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Engineering, or a r
elated field. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in land surveying, specifically in road construction projects.
Valid UAE driving license (Required).
Strong proficiency in surveying tools and technology, including total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments.
Familiarity with UAE surveying regulations, standards, and construction codes (preferred). · Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness to relocate or commute to Ajman before starting work.
