Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise measurements and calculations to determine land boundaries, ensuring accuracy for legal and development purposes.
  • Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones to gather data efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare detailed survey drawings and maps, translating complex data into understandable visuals for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide essential land information for project planning and design.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor or eligibility to obtain licensure demonstrates commitment and expertise.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in land surveying, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Experience with CAD software and GIS applications is highly desirable for effective data analysis and visualization.
